Since 1950 Midway Industries has been servicing the world markets for fashion accessories. From the beginning as a small owner-operated manufacturing company to one of the worlds largest fashion accessory enterprises. Midway has remained committed to the basic principles of market adaptability, innovating product development, extensive distribution, financial prudence and customer service.

    Although we began as a manufacturer we expanded into importing during the early 1960's, and became the first North American headwear manufacturer to venture into China. We helped China develop their headwea rmanufacturing industry through technical training programs and in turned secured the exclusive agency distribution rights to represent China for all headwear exported by The People's Republic to North America and Europe.

    Over time, we acquired a number of companies that complimented our initial headwear collection. This lead us to broaden our scope of products to include other accessory items such as gloves, scarves and umbrellas. As a result Midway embraced the One Stop Shop concept. By carrying a wide array of fashion accessories our customers can simplify their buying procedures and ensure they maximize their purchasing power. We also meet all of our customers after sales servicing needs with sophisticated computer management tools.

    Midway has not focused on product expansion alone. Since the late sixties, we have worked with many manufacturing sources in the Orient and abroad. As one of the pioneers in the importing industries, we developed vast resources to source any type of fashion accessory product to be distributed on a worldwide basis.

    With an international presence, Midway have offices around the world. Our head office, based in Montreal, includes a full service distribution center in a total of 150,000 square feet. We also have a sales office and showroom in Toronto, New York, as well as a trading office in Hong Kong, and a product development and inspection office in Shanghai.
